Given the change, it honestly sounds like it'll be something that will increase the demand for eternal fire earth and shadow. Fire may go down some in price, but likely crystallized fire may stay the same, leaving a nice easy to profit niche market off of those not-quite high end craftables. Also expect a higher price on copper as more people will be doing mining or blacksmithing to try to cash in on the influx of cheap titanium.

I wouldn't say you're looking at Saronite going up 20% to 30% in price on a permanent basis. But I would not be surprised to see between a 10% to 20% just on a short term basis. Demand is quickly going to strip supply during that first week or so. It's speculative for sure, but I don't think it's totally out of bounds.

You sure that saronite will increase? Every time they introduce a change that lets us change common things into rare ones, the price of the rares drop, but the price of the commons stay about the same. I reason that this is because the market for the common items is so much larger than the market for the rare items.

I predict a slight shift in saronite, probably temporary, and probably lost in the normal market swings of supply and demand. I also predict that titanium will rarely sell for more than the cost of 16 saronite ore. Titansteel will drop, as will anything made of titanium (other than epic gems).
